Student Organisations

NIE Students’ Association (NIESA)

Its objective is to organise extra-curricular activities for the benefit of students, beside promotion of corporate life among the students, encouragement of healthy discussions of current problems and development of talents in fine arts.

Also, every department has its own, association. Such associations are arranging technical and literary talks, quiz programmes and visits to industries. The student magazine of the college, Mysore Engineer, published annually, is edited by a Board comprising of students. It provides a platform for the hidden creative talents in the students being brought to light. So far 35 issues of Mysore Engineer, a student magazine published by the college, have been brought out till date.
