The National Institute of Engineering is a world renowned institute having partnerships with foreign universities such as McMaster University, Canada and Ryerson University, Canada. NIE is collaborating with these universities in the field of nanotechnology, automation technology and water resources.
The Centre for International Programmes was set up to facilitate technology transfer, faculty and student exchange programmes and a host of research collaborations with these universities.
